Sunday 5:45pm - 8pm - Rose Valley Dome

Times for each group will be determined based on registration numbers and coaches.

Winter Ball's focus is on conditioning and fine tuning mechanics at all positions. We are working on adding an additional night, at no charge, to work on specialized training (ie. Catching & Pitching)

Sessions go for ~10 weeks, starting from the Wednesday that school is back in January, to the week before Spring Break.
